Our core range offers something for everyone, from our easy drinking Lager and Pale Ale, hoppy Session Ale and English Bitter Pub Ale, through to our rich, malty Tasmanian IPA, Irish Red Ale and Irish Stout. All of these styles are perfect at any time of the year and wonderful matched with cheese or your favourite dish! Available in most bottle shops around Tasmania, and many cafes and restaurants both on tap and in cans. We're also back in Melbourne! New! We now also fill your 20L kegs for home drinking efficiency.

LAGER

Simple, Crisp, Refreshing, Australian style lager.

IRISH RED ALE

Ruby red in colour with biscuit and toffee malt character, low bitterness and a smooth, creamy finish.

IRISH STOUT

Intensely roasty with notes of chocolate and espresso coffee. Smooth and silky in body with a balanced bitterness and dry finish.

PALE ALE

A classic Pale Ale, chewy caramel malts layered with floral, spicy hops and a perfectly balanced bitterness.

SESSION ALE

Clean – Balanced – Sessionable. Simple.

TASMANIAN IPA

A classic West Coast style IPA. Caramel & biscuit malt character with tropical hop notes & a perfectly balanced bitterness.

ENGLISH BITTER PUB ALE

Floral, earthy hops produce a spicy bitterness, layered over a strong, biscuity malt backbone. Perfectly balanced with a crisp, dry finish.

RED SKY AT NIGHT - RED IPA

This Red IPA is our limited release beer for February 2024. Created and brewed by Angus A, this boozy IPA shows a rich amber red hue, tasty caramel sweetness with a touch of roasted malt and a dry bitter finish. You'll get a waft of piney citrus notes and a little toffee on the nose. Delicious! The can's artwork is a photo taken by our good mate Simon Toogood who is passionate about photography and is a huge supporter of Morrison's, and craft beer in general. Passion Fruit Sour - with a hint of mango

GOT INK Series was born from a love (or new addiction rather) for tattoos. New to the tattoo game, Melissa was inspired to support women as artists in the ever-growing industry. The first for this series is designed by Launceston (TAS) youngster Maddie Jade who works at Tsunami Tattoo Studio in Newstead. Our passionfruit sour beer is 3.5% ABV fresh and crisp with a hint of fruitiness and just the right amount of 'sour' to make you want another sip (and another, and..... you get the idea!). Available from late February 2024

Vietnam holds a special place in our hearts. We adore the country, the culture and especially the food flavours. A pale straw in colour, soft mouthfeel, low hop bitterness with sweet aromas of fresh hay and jasmin. Super refreshing and light. This beer is a wonderful palette cleanser and pairs well with most foods. 5.0% ABV

BELGIAN BLONDE

Classic Belgian blonde ale.

INDUSTRIAL ESTATE ALE

An old school, West Coast style IPA. Brewed in an industrial estate, using ingredients grown elsewhere. Deep orange in colour, pithy, piney, chewy. Hops - Citra, Centennial & Mosaic. 70 IBU.

MAXIMUM POWER

Talus, Idaho 7 & Citra hops bring notes of grapefruit, pine, papaya and lime. A West Coast IPA with Maximum Power!

SMOKED CHILI BLACK IPA

Smokey, tropical hops with chili heat from Trinidad Moruga Scorpion chilis.

BATCH 500 BALTIC PORTER

Brewed mid-2017, then transferred to the same French Oak that held batch 400 and forgotten about for two years. Dark, rich and decadent. An incredibly smooth roasted malt profile is backed up by fruity notes from cold brew coffee. Expect port characteristics on warming. Serve in a balloon glass with friends. Matches well with venison, aged cheese and hams, apple pie.

COGNAC IPA

This one is a Big Bold American Double IPA that has spent 12 months aging in a 12-year-old Cognac barrel imported from France.

GUAVAWEIZEN

A traditional German Hefeweizen brewed using pilsner malt and malted wheat. The addition of Guava fruit brings a fun, refreshing twist. Super limited, get it while it lasts!

COOL CLIMATE SESSION ALE

An easy drinking Session Ale. Malted barley and wheat provide a dry malt backbone, Tasmanian Galaxy hops bring a crisp, clean bitterness with hints of citrus.

1000 ENGLISH IPA

Our dedicated and distinctive nod to the great English IPA. Pull the tab on this tinnie and enjoy a tasty celebration of our 1,000 batch, proudly made in Tasmania by the stewards of local craft beer.

OAT BISCUIT ALE RED IPA

Inspired by Australia’s favourite biscuit

WITBIER

Spring in a glass. Pilsner, oats and raw wheat provide a pale straw, creamy base, layered with orange zest and toasted coriander.

BIG BRUISER IPA

An aggressive IPA. Big, bold citrus and pine hops - classic, chewy caramel malts. Everything you would want in a West Coast IPA. Named after the man himself, the original Big Bruiser.
